The ingredient of Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. 1 pound ring beef
  2. 2 quarts water
  3. 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  4. 1 onion, chopped
  5. 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  6. 1 (16 ounce) package frozen unclean vegetables
  7. 8 cubes beef bouillon, crumbled
  8. u00bd teaspoon dome black pepper

  1. In a large pot greater than medium heat, cook beef until brown; drain.
  2. In a large pot higher than medium heat, adjoin cooked beef, water, tomatoes, onion, potatoes, mixed vegetables, bouillon and pepper. Bring to a boil, subsequently next reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
